I would say doing it everyday is a good thing!! Consistency is key to pretty much everything in dance!! Just make sure you’re balancing it out with other things and not over working yourself. x

@@anastasiaelias676 Thanks so much 😘🥰:) With this, I planned to do Hannah’s ‘3 way Splits’ vid (I only have my right side splits), and the ‘Full body Flexibility stretches’ (I think that’s what it’s called), and this but I think I’ll do this 3 times a week and the other 2 videos everyday! I have a question what muscles does this routine work and how do they apply in dance

Good question! This workout targets the core muscles (gives you stability for balance, turns and pretty much everything in dance), inside thighs (which helps with turn out and turns in general), upper back(important when lifting legs to back and important for correct posture), and glutes (helps with jumps). Hope this answers your question :)

before as it is a good warm up but you could do it after to build up strength. just make sure you’re fully warmed up if you’re doing extreme stretching!!
