The amount of times I said “I hate her and I love her sm” during the vid is funny 😂 girl these were GOOD exercises. I’ve always had issues with my hips, especially since 15 when I got chronic bursitis and tendinitis in both hips, and I’ve never been able to regain the same turnout since. But this made me realize how much more I need to strengthen both my inner thighs and glutes to be able to compensate for that! Thank you!

This was exactly what i needed! I would love a arm strength video as i need to stop my arms going floppy and be good in my jumps, Also love the motivational dance videos with poems! They brighten everyone's day. Also would love a tutorial for your Arrival of the birds dance its beautiful and i'd love to learn it... or just any ballet or contemporary dance routine tutorials for follow along. Heya! Thank you so much! Trying to stretch my mind back to 6 years ago… um… I think I was perhaps training about 3-6 hours a day 6 times a week? This was when I was a rhythmic gymnast. I couldn’t give you the exact breakdown of everything as it was a little different day by day 🙈

No way bruh…i went from a 160 degree turnout to an almost full 180 degree turnout😮. I dont do ballet but am always so fascinated by it…so cool

@@y.mma09 i could feel a significant freedom of movement in my hip aft doing it one time. I did it every morning for about 2 weeks maybe? (This was a year ago) due to stiffness in my hips and found the stretch effective in bringing flexibility+elevating discomfort in my hips

Ngl I think it depends on what u mean by full flexibility. But I personally think that nothing is impossible, just be careful and don't overexert yourself I guess
