The first half is already done, wow!!! Kat, I can do a chin up! Because of you! Even after years in the gym, weight training, lifting heavy, I NEVER could do one. My ultimate goal is a pull up but I'm happy for now. And it's all because of you!!!! Thank youuuuuuuu!

What a great workout. But it was very hard for me, I think my body is just exhausted from alot of emotional crap in my life. It is amazing how your body reacts to emotional stuff. But I finished the workout as best I could ! The one move you had us on all fours, I was only able to lift 5lbs!!! and the tricep one where we lay down, I was not able to bend my knee that made it much harder than keeping my legs straight, so I kept them straight and completed them. Thank you for your wonderfully challenging, fun workouts and how you remind us to take it easy if need be, listen to our bodies. That has helped me tremendously on my fitness journey, thank you Kat !! old young lady of VA soon to be PA

day 11 finisheeed! god am i glad that i took a rest day before this, not only because i was very sore and i needed the break, but because if i hadn't rested i wouldn't have enjoyed this as much as i did!! thanks kat!! i'm already seeing results in my body and strenght and it's making me very excited

I never do upper body, I'm pretty much cardio cardio lower body cardio lower body etc. :) Good workout, craving some cardio but meeting a friend for a walk in the neighborhood. Perhaps I can bring some hand weights to amp it up a bit. :) Day 11 in the books, looking forward to some cardio tomorrow!!

I used to train just legs and cardio for the longest time, too! I definitely feel so much better and balanced since adding in upper body. You are going to feel so amazing, too!

Some tough moves in this circuit! My upper body is strong, but this workout had me burning & dying! Yay! All good stuff! Did your cross fit EMOM (newest one) this morning for a wake-up & treated myself to this challenge workout for lunch! I'll be feeling this one tomorrow - thank you!

Soooooo happy to hear your cheery voice and workout with you again. My muscles and body thank you immensely and are even more grateful because I allowed them a couple of active rest days. day 11 done! I like doubling up (did day 12 in the AM) & realizing that it's how you filmed too! This one was definitely taxing on the arms & back but I loved how chill it was (b/c I'm going to get ready for bed now, so perfect for winding down). also, do upper body mountain climbers never get easier...I'm not a super vocal workout person (groans & grunts), but that one gets me every time! :)

YASSS! You can always tell when I am sweaty when I film the intro of a workout that I had already filmed one before that! hahaha. DUDE. SAME. Mountain climbers are ALWAYS so uncomfortable for me. I feel like I'm trudging through mud!

I particularly enjoy upper body workouts, as I find that I can really achieve the mind- muscle connection between my arms and brain. I swear I felt my biceps growing! Loved the first exercise, the around the world raise, basically because anything is better than a front raise! See you tomorrow!✌️❤️💪

You wanna know which one was the hardest? Just that staggered push-up after we've done another 19 upper body exercises. The greatest motivation was not collapsing 'cause I can't afford a broken nose right now. Or like, never. But anyway, today was not the worst. Which can only mean that tomorrow will be the worst routine in the history of ever. CANNOT WAIT FOR IT! RAAAAAWWRRR

What exactly are crinkle crackles? I mean what causes them, cuz I feel them too! lol

Through research, I found this: "Your muscle tendons are very strong and stringy, acting almost like guitar strings when they brush or move across your bones. This movement can cause these noises as tendons vibrate over a bone." and "Tension around the shoulders is so common that almost everyone has calcification in the tendons and muscles around their shoulder blades. The hardness can melt, however. This is one of the reasons people seek deep-tissue bodywork. Fluid movement such as small shoulder circles can also dissolve the crunchiness. Make circles forward and back and also sideways over your ribs." Ever since I started stretching more and really taking care of mobility and flexibility, I've had less crinkle crackles!

No rest? We have 10 seconds! hahaha, but anyhoo! It's just the style of training that I like to do! Keeps things interesting and really challenges the endurance. I do add rest for some of my workouts outside the ones we do on my channel but prefer this style for my channel!

Shakey, shakey, shakey arms!! Ouchies to the pushups to opp toe taps, side lying tricep presses (never done before), and staggered pushups. Always the hardest part for me, but still push myself to do all pushups on my toes (ever since 20/20 challenge, which I will finish the 2nd half of someday, along with your other challenges! YOU KNOW IT!!) Was glad for the Upper Body workout today instead of cardio. Full disclosure, been a little under the weather all week, and this gives me one more day to recover before hitting it tomorrow. Besides, this paired nicely with the core yoga I did afterwards. YOU'RE DA BOMB, Kat!! Both excited and sad that we are almost halfway through. But I couldn't ask for a better start to 2019!! Keep rawwwwring butt, girl!!!...we are all in a league of our own!! (See what I did there..Teehee)!

Never too late! I recommend setting aside some time to work on form and to practice on a stable, elevated surface to put your upper body on. When you push from the elevated platform, you still get to work your entire anterior chain to build the strength necessary to perform a push-up correctly vs. doing them on your knees. Once you get them down, your workouts will get even better and you'll get even stronger!! Keep on the RAWWRRs, Janie!

omg yessssssssssss Arm workouts are my all time favorite kind of workout ^_^ I'm going to kill this workout :D Also, I have a question. Next week I start back up again with college. Do you have any advice on sticking with my workouts during college with my classes, job, club meetings, club events, etc. Because I really don't want to neglect my workouts when the semester starts!! Especially on Tuesday and Thursdays because I have class until 5!! And I've tried working out in the mornings, but I hate going to class out of breath (since my classes are all in the morning as well haha). Also any food advice would be wonderful too!! (As I have club meetings at noon, and really don't want to live off of the campus fast food xD ) P.S I do have a class on the top story of a building, so I did promise myself I'd walk up the stairs instead of take the elevator to get some workout in while I'm at school ^_^

I definitely recommend SCHEDULING your workouts in your schedule just like you do for your classes! Classes at 10-12? Awesome! Then workout is from 12:30-1:15! Make your health and fitness journey a priority as you would for meeting with friends or studying!
