Kat I think this is my favorite 30 minutes arm workout !!! I love love love the way you incorporate 2-3 moves in one !! like the one in plank, tricep dip or pushup then the side arm up and there are so many others. I felt like I worked every single part of my arms !!!! thank you as always!!! old young lady of VA

I CRAVE upper body workouts like this!!! The tricky part is figuring out what weight to use for each exercise so it’s not too easy but I don’t burnout immediately. I like the last couple reps to feel allllmost impossible. It was tricky to predict what weight would be best, so there was lots of frantic scrambling to switch to heavier/lighter weights at beginning of a bunch of exercises, but I still got a really good burn and was nice and shaky by the end. I had a really frustrating work day today and your workouts really turned my mood around.

I'm a few days behind in this 30 day challenge right now but I've made it up to this day so far & the first 5 days of this challenge have all been amazing & definitely kicking my butt lol! I'm loving this challenge so far & ready to go forward through the rest of the days ahead! Always loved your 30 day challenge videos, 'cause they are challenge me & push me to keep going. Oh baby...my arms feel like falling off !! LOL but that is good, they are worked for sure !! I was able to do more of the moves from when I did this before !! I love love love all the moves but especially the ones that incorporated different areas of the arm..like the bicep curl lift then tricep, and the last move oh baby ...it was great !! as always thanks Kat old young lady of NYC

Almost 2 weeks into your videos and my abs are coming in as a mom i didn't think i was gonna see them again. And instead of a cheat day/days ive given myself one to two cheat meals which helps. Thanks so much for taking the time to do these :)

Was getting back on track after a month break. Had a lot of fun laughing at myself when falling, when my arms were hurting and I cried and when I finished it without quitting. Like I never did any workout this fun. No failurt and wrong technique made me laugh like this lol. Gonna do this the whole week so that I get back into my ordinary routine. BTW your positivity has its affection thanx girl 😘

Phew! Did today's arms and Wednesday's legs and booty together so that I can get caught up. Just have your 20 minute Tabata Cardio to do and I'll get on that tomorrow. Awesome moves, Kat!! I love your workouts! Arms and legs and booty are jello right now, but that's the price we pay bc it feels so good later, right? Can't wait for the rest of this challenge and to see what your challenge, plus nightly and weekend yoga, and ab reps do for me this January. You're one of the best!!! 💪RAAAWRR!!!

Kat I love, love, love this workout!! I can tell from doing your workouts I am getting stronger!! (still waiting to see some definition LOL) but I was able to do all the pushup/tricep moves you were doing on the floor, before I had to go to my knees but not today!! I was not able to get totally to the ground but I am still siked that I was able to do them all w/o going to my knees !!!! young old lady of NYC

My arms are my favorite part of my body, and my triceps are my favorite part of my arms, so today was fantastic! I can’t pick a favorite workout as I enjoyed them all, but I loved the tabata- quick, fun and sweaty! Really looking forward to the rest of the month!✌️❤️💪

We are four days into 2019 and I'm already repeating last year's mistakes and doing cardio before your strength only workouts. Because, why not? Oh my, I can't remember being that tired before. I... will... faint... a little... RAAAAWWRRR

Wooooo buddy💪😬 some weak and shaky arms after that. I actually think today has been my favorite! I have more power in my legs so although the lower body workouts were tough, I felt like today was harder and had a bigger impact on me✌

Completed 1/5/19. With Neil. We're all caught up! I always feel like I suck at doing proper pushups, so I do a lot of modifications for them. Hrmph. You can be my workout-parental-unit, Kat, not weird to me! :P

I’m totally okay with this, daughter of mine! Hahaha. And that is totally okay if you have to modify until you build the strength! If you can get in a regular push-up position but with your upper body elevated, that will be huge for you to be able to do a full push-up. You’ll be using the same muscles but have less stress on your upper body. 🤗💖

Lately I've been doing mainly calisthenics at the gym! I haven't been lifting heavy but I do want to get back into it! My routine is constantly changing depending on what makes me happy during that time!

great workout, you mentioned the triceps are big part of the arms but it seems this and other arm workouts I have done with you (so far) do not do a lot of triceps is there a reason for that?

Hey Brenda! There are actually a lot of moves that you might not be aware of that are working our triceps! I usually do more targeted bicep movements and a bit of triceps but usually triceps are incorporated with other movements. 💜 I went through the description where I post my movements and here are the ones that do in this particular workout: Weighted Side Plank x 2, Rows x 2, Push-Up, Downdog to Bear Crawl, Plank Twist + Scorpion, Chaturanga + 2 Shoulder Taps, DB Press Out + Press Up, Downdog to Table Top, Knee Push-Up + Clap Behind, Pike Push-Up, Back of Head Tricep Extension, Fly, Supine Tricep Kickbacks, Tricep to Diamond Push-Up to Side Plank

Question please? Are push ups just as effective off stairs? due to arthritis in the shoulders and elbows

Elevated push-ups with your upper body will definitely still target the same muscles! It all depends on where YOU are in your fitness journey. If that is the modification your body needs, then keep going with it! ^_____^
