#30 Muddy Farm Pond To Blue Bayou?!

Today we worked on cleaning up our neglected farm pond. First we put in Blue Bayou pond dye to improve the color of the water then we added Natural Pond Cleaner to help reduce muck in the pond.

We have some neighbors who use a treatment similar to that. Their pond always looks beautiful!

The pond isnt a big concern, but there is some fish in there that i like to feed, when they come to the surface i cant even see them lol

I just took a ride out back to the pond and all i can say is WOW after only 24 hours, this is the first time i have ever actually been able to see fish. I cant believe what a difference it actually made. We will do a follow up video soon and maybe ass some more fish!

I like the size of that pond i can't wait to start ours here!!! Will you stock it with fish for eating? How deep is it?

Its about six feet at the deepest point. It has always had golden pond shiners in it, i added a few dozen more Arkansas shiners. Its a little on the smaller side so i figure larger fish wont do as well but i will always have an endless supply of free live bait right out back!

Bottom sediments need to be removed regularly. This can be done with a dirty water motor pump with a Bagermaster suction nozzle.
