I decided to do only 31 pump burpees to bus to sweat small cardio on a Sunday 30 minute lunch break

Good job bro! Since this pandemic began i’ve been doing bodyweight exercises especially burpees. I can say that i’ve become more leaner and stronger. So no more gym membership for me.

Well done I’ve added burpees to my routine it’s a great way to make everything I do easier. I’m 63 and do three sets of 15 with other things in a circuit but you are digging deep keep it up.

This reminds me of something used to do during school lunch hour. Everyday I'd get about an hour and I'd always hit burpees. It's sorta cringe and people always stared, but I never did it for attention, I grinded when I had the opportunity

Did you do the stomach punch, toe touch and rocking chair? If so thats beyond cringe lol I do that stuff sometimes when im trying to stall between reps. But never in front of people

@@Seegie16the stomach punch is to activate the core muscles, you clinch your abs when doing so. The toe touch is stretching your knees+back. Both of those have a purpose so not doing them means you’re not hitting the complete workout.

sir , i do daily jogging and then do bodyweight squat push up and lunges can i replace these excersie with one pump burpee? please advice and how it helps in running

First and foremost what I'm about to say is just my opinion. Good morning and thank you for watching this video and take an interest in my channel. So, with that being said I would like to be completely 113% honest and say that I would never replace anything with anything what I would do is remember Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday. Start with that. Pick a body part that you want to work each day. For example, day 1 chest day. On that day you do exercises that draw blood and focus to the chest area. If you're doing push-ups it's all about hand position the different hand positions will activate different parts of your chest. Now the second day you could do something like leg day. On this day you would do exercises of your choice that are comfortable and easy to achieve so that you can get your maximum benefit with less injury.

So then on Wednesday you could do something like working your back muscles and working your biceps. Thursday you could do shoulder muscles in trap muscle exercises and on Friday you could do trisept back on and lower back exercises. A lot of people say what's a lower back exercise. Is called hyperextension or reverse sit-ups you're basically straightening your body from the L shape with your stomach facing the ground. It takes a certain type of machine it's a hyperextension thing I have one at the house got it on OfferUp for about 40 bucks

@@jonathanhollier3314 I chose the location because I only have 30 minutes for lunch and the workout is time-sensitive so it's all about clocking out on the time clock jogging to said location getting the workout done drinking water and clocking back in within a 30 minute time frame.
