Exercise is contagious, I don't know what is up this year but I am seeing more people getting out and getting on exercise programs than ever before. It feels good to see people doing positive things for themselves, even if they aren't doing hundreds of burpees like us, they are still gettin it! Go inspire your friends and family to get in shape, it is the best insurance we can get for ourselves. Thank you again Iron Wolf!

I currently weigh 208 pounds started at 248. I had dropped all the way to 200 pounds found out my testosterone was super low. I’m 41 years old. They got me on TRT 1cc on Monday and 1cc on Thursdays. And for being 5/5 208 pounds I can do a full pull up wide arm and 4 arms inward pull-ups. I also do minimum 75 to 100 5 pump Burpee . after I’m done with my Burpee routine I lift weights for about 35 to 45 minutes and after each set of whatever I’m doing I go down and do five Navy SEALs sometimes 10 so at the end of the day I do between 500 to 800 push-ups, of course including my Burpee routine altogether. And I do this 5 day a week I learned about Burpee being incarcerated. I love them. It’s really mind over matter teaches you discipline because you do things you don’t like and I notice a lot of people at the gym hate doing Burpee what I hate doing is running on a treadmill or walking on the stair climber. I much rather do Burpee’s for 45 to 50 minutes straight nonstop good cardio and build lean muscle and like I said it’s all in your head. It’s you against you if you start with the mindset that you’re not gonna finish, you will fail but start a winner. You will leave a winner. One Burpee at a time don’t overthink it -Wolfgang.💪🏻💯

Thank you for this informative video Iron Wolf! I really appreciate the tutorials. I was wondering if you would consider doing a breakdown of how to do the rocking chair burpees? I see you and Burpees King doing them all the time but I have been struggling getting down the details (such as going up over your knees) and the timing. Thank you so much for the great content!

If you already talk about the origins, then you should probably include Mr Burpee's original no-pushup burpee. Which might appear silly after years of training, but it could certainly be helpful / less intimidating to a beginner finding this video.

Okay i see you with the dip bars wolf 💪 And im currently at 100 navy seals a day. The goal is the 500 shot caller routine. I know I'll eventually get it. These navy seals are tough at 230lbs 😭
Gotta throw more knee ups and mountain climbers into the mix as well as other asymetric variations to boost balance muscle use and keep things limber, but these are all excellent. Thanks for the vid. 🏆

Thanks for sharing. I'm curious why guys never seem to add on additional leg exercises? They only seem to add more pushups or pushups variations. Why not add lunges or squat jump as well as additional pushups? Is that because it's traditionally a military exercise and they already do a lot of running and rucking?

Im just starting my burpees journey. But I noticed that the longer the count, the easier the rep for me. Sounds odd. But I really struggle with the one pumps over say an 8 count. Which tells me that the getting up and down is where the challenge is for me.
