Beautiful home. I'm looking in Mc Donough but for a million or less home .Saw a beautiful home with lake and all the bells and whistle for around $ 650,000, 6 bedrooms and bathroom, furnished basement. The price was unbelievable as I currently reside in California and Georgia home peice is the reason why I'm on my way there .Even if price continue to increase ,still more affordable than California. The land alone is worth the asking price.

Just my opinion, but I think all homes look better with at least rugs down on bare hardwood floors. Of course I am from Minnesota, so perhaps I don't appreciate the advantages of bare floors in the heat, but having a rug or something down helps avoid sticky feet, foot prints, and is just more cozy and warm.

Some aspects are lovely but some are glaringly tacky. Also, too many trees were cleared away from the grounds of the house itself. It is stark and sad looking without at least two or three old growth trees around it. The linens in the children's rooms are hideous. The property has great promise with proper landscaping and better interior décor.
