If you’re referring to the pump check at the end then yeah hahaha the pump isn’t always impressive.

Wide grip not a standard push up.

300 every day is impressive, but you do need to have rest days for your muscles to recuperate. Your unplanned days off is your body telling you that you need to rest. I know you've probably been told this a billion times, but thats because its extremely important to have rest days. Also try to switch things up a bit too, maybe add a little weight when you do your next push ups. Weight vests are pretty safe and cheap. Start out with a 10lb one and work your way up. Imagine being able to one day say "I can do 300 pushups in one go with double my body weight" keep up the work.

Yeah this every day thing was just keep me accountable for the goal of 100,000 push ups in a year. Not doing this again lol. Regardless I’ve been tracking my size through out this challenge quite loosely I’m not really in it for the size gains I just thought it’d be fun to see the difference. Again this whole thing orbits around the goal of completing 100,000 push ups this year. And my strength gains have been ridiculous. I haven’t trained handstand push ups at all but I recently found out I can now do handstand push ups lol.

Form needs work as your core does not seem to support the right form at this moment. Also need rest for muscle repair and growth. Rock on
