I do these workouts, but i go 10 reps, 6 circuits. Same amount of total reps, plus you can use more weight since it's only 10 reps per set.

i cant xD the second exercise is too hard to do 20 reps as fast as you.Ill stick to the first one,50 reps before sleep until i am able to make the whole thing :)
