Awesome stuff! You’re smashing it! Emmm I guess it really depends on your current goals and if you’re looking a change up in your training! Skulpt will add more heart racing compound conditioning in section in and amongst the weights exercises! So I guess really depends on what you’re after

Zeus could easily do a chest stretch on the wall or choose a different one but he takes any chance to show his ass on camera. Unbelievable. This workout is becoming a decently enjoyable one after doing it a solid 5-10 times now. Using Heavys 30 lbs for a good portion of finishers.
