Found another favorite work out. What I like about Heather's workout is that when she stumbles or shake, she doesn't go back and edit that part. She pushes through, which allows me to be okay with ME struggling and shaking and makes me want to push through!

Hats off to anyone whoever can do this without taking breaks during the rounds! Super challenging but I pushed through as best I could - next time I'll be stronger and better :-) In the meantime I won't be able to walk tomorrow

Heather is a goddess. She is basically like an apple mac computer. Stay with me here, super user friendly, intuitive, fun, trendy. She is a genius. I have never in my life stuck to a program for this long. Almost done with her 12 weeks and keep working in these other ones when I am out of town without weights. I love you Heather!

This is probably the only HR workout that I never wish to do again. I struggled with all the reps with pulses. Had to rest after just 10 secs of pulses. Also, I don't consider this a no repeat when i had to repeat the workout on the other side LOL. Pushed through and finished it somehow. When Heather says Brutal, she isn't kidding!!

Dang girl! "Brutal" is not enough to describe this workout. I experienced extreme pain in my legs and thighs when I was in labor with my son and I swear, this workout was worse. But that's why I love your videos... you always push me to be better and stronger. Keep up the good work!

Jeez,that was one of the toughest endurance sessions I have ever done with Heather.Even she paused on a few.Those R and L lunge pulses and everything for 50 seconds,radical.But it's done and now for part 2 of today.Thanks Heather!!!

I love how your workouts are deceiving. I like to review the videos before doing them & I end up being like "Oh, seems easy, doesn't seem too bad"...then boom, right when I start doing them, I'm DYING and sweating. I loved this lower body workout so much, thank you again, Heather!!

I was on W9D3 of the 12 Week Challenge and messed up my rotator cuff. So mad at myself, but so thankful that Heather has so many other options. Since I need to lay off upper body exercises for a while 😢 I started with this leg and booty session. OMG! I know I will be feeling this one yet tomorrow. Going forward until my rotator cuff is better, I will focus on legs, cardio and abs. I don’t want to stop and loose what I’ve already achieved. Thank you Heather!!

Whew, the first time I tried this I could not finish, I quit less than half way. Now a month later after Heather’s month work out calendar I went back to this. Even though I couldn’t finish some of the sets all the way I at least made it to the end 😃 I am proud of the progress I made. Thank you Heather!

This was my leg day workout for October. The first time I did it I wanted to come here and say that I hate lunges, I hate pulses and I hate holds. I thought that it was way too difficult for me. And it was. And it still is. But every time I would do it a little better and I would push myself a little more. Today was the last time I did it for this month and I wanted to come here and thank you Heather for this hard but wonderful month I spent working out with you. Keep up the good work and I can't wait for the next time. Thank you!

@@shela3081 I don't think I'm the best person to answer this question, since my goal wasn't to slim my thighs and I paid no attention to this. I found this to be a demanding leg workout (for me anyway) and different from my September workout (I like switching things up every month). Also, I was only doing it twice a week. But even though it was hard I kept on pushing myself and that's why I want to give myself a pat on the back. Keep in mind that there is a lot of squating involved so...

You know a workout will be brutal when you realise that you're still only in the WARM-UP and not the actual workout itself!!! Had to pause during the 50 second chair sit but I wasn't the only one judging by the KZbin comments 😛 Highly effective booty burner here without the added burden of holding any weights. I loved the mat work interval best and the fact that this is a No Repeat workout!!!

Haven't done a HR workout in such a long time. I barely finished this, but I can see how much I have deteriorated from lack of exercise. My quads are on fire, haven't felt the shake in a while. Even squats doesn't give me this quake.

Hi beautiful people! How are you all doing? I found this amazing woman on KZbin and I'm really glad. Her workouts helped me lose 3kg in 3 weeks. I've changed my eating habits and started working out 3 to 4 times a week. What are your results?

Moi, je ne suis pas nerveuse quand Heather propose un nouveau workout. Je suis plutôt très excitée et impatiente de voir ce qu'elle nous a concocté de nouveau pour nous faire souffrir (hi hi hi !). Merci encore Heather pour ton investissement et tout ton travail !!
