Hats off to anyone whoever can do this without taking breaks during the rounds! Super challenging but I pushed through as best I could - next time I'll be stronger and better :-) In the meantime I won't be able to walk tomorrow

Found another favorite work out. What I like about Heather's workout is that when she stumbles or shake, she doesn't go back and edit that part. She pushes through, which allows me to be okay with ME struggling and shaking and makes me want to push through!

THE BEST VIDEOS SO FAR!!! ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO POST EXERCISE VIDEOS SPEND LOTS OF TIME TALKING! IT IS NOT MY STYLE. BUT THIS LADY KNOWS THE DRILL! BETTER, SHE JUST GOES INTO IT STRAIGHT AWAY. 👍

My friend and I do a Heather Robertson workout 2-4 morning's a week. We simply love the no BULLSHIT videos, no yelling and screaming at us, talking us up unnecessarily. Love what you do!

Heather is a goddess. She is basically like an apple mac computer. Stay with me here, super user friendly, intuitive, fun, trendy. She is a genius. I have never in my life stuck to a program for this long. Almost done with her 12 weeks and keep working in these other ones when I am out of town without weights. I love you Heather!
