Amazing workout, so much fun to do cardio with such great variety! I think running is boring, and because of problems with my feet and knees, I just love that there are other ways to get that heartrate up! Thank you so much Amy for making all these great workouts for us!♥

YEs Amy! Muscle burns fat! I've cut my workout time in more than half with you and if my goal was only body composition change or weight loss, I have more than succeeded. But I also feel awesome and strong and healthy and am eternally a fan

I had been holding off for a couple years on buying the bands. I FINALLY got a set and then you hadn’t had any workouts using them. So I was incredibly excited yesterday and today when I got to get my brand new bands out and use them! 🎉

This was a great workout! I burned almost as many calories as a row or a run, plus got so much strength training added in. Loved this format!

I have to admit that I look forward to cardio day without weights, however I ended up loving this one! It was a fun format and I enjoyed the moves as well. Plus it went by quickly! 😍

Great workout!! Cardio slightly different! I found I could only do 4 reps of each in some circuits but that's OK!
