Just done workout and I always say every video you do is my new fav, but I lied 😂 this one definitely is. Only had abit of time spare this morning but this got my heart rate up always past 140 and a sweat fest too. Thank you again. I just love your workouts ❤️😊

OK, this workout may be my new favorite on your channel. The switch from dumbbells' to kettlebells created an entirely new experience, almost like two workouts in one. I appreciated the time between moves so I could adjust weights. Thank you!

For me sculpt based workouts are too hard on my body with my disabilities. I didn’t enjoy this one with weights, so I know to keep using your weight strength ones in future. I am following your free timetable though and find you are the only instructor on You Tube that allows for low impact/disability needs so thanks from England

Yes!! I love her constant reminder to be where we are today! Today, my knees weren't ok with all the lunges...it's nice not to feel like a "weakling" because I had to do the step backs instead.
