I wanted to say I loved what you relayed at the end of this workout. I wish more people spoke like you. Being uncomfortable is ok, failing helps you grow and change. So important.

Loved this format with quicker pace for cardio ! It would be super to be additionally challenged in a 40 min format !!!

Just done workout and I always say every video you do is my new fav, but I lied 😂 this one definitely is. Only had abit of time spare this morning but this got my heart rate up always past 140 and a sweat fest too. Thank you again. I just love your workouts ❤️😊

Hi Amy👋Mary from Nebraska. At first I thought 💭 “I probably won’t even sweat 😓 “ 😆WRONG This was WICKED💪This is a great workout. I feel so good now that I’m done. My husband said “Amy will have bonus moves at the end” Yeah sure. After that third swing I couldn’t imagine anymore. Bonus moves!!!!Thank you so much❤️

First time working out with Amy- I usually do Sculpt Society. I think Amy is a great instructor and I love the way she continually emphasizes options and modifications. Look forward to more of her workouts

OK, this workout may be my new favorite on your channel. The switch from dumbbells' to kettlebells created an entirely new experience, almost like two workouts in one. I appreciated the time between moves so I could adjust weights. Thank you!

My first time working out again since having surgery! I love how you explain all the modifications. It makes it so easy to get back into it slowly until my body is ready to go full out!

For me sculpt based workouts are too hard on my body with my disabilities. I didn’t enjoy this one with weights, so I know to keep using your weight strength ones in future. I am following your free timetable though and find you are the only instructor on You Tube that allows for low impact/disability needs so thanks from England

Great and quick workout!:-))My heartrate is so high now!:-))Really love the music, it also keeps me going!:-)) Thank you for reminding me to push myself a little to get stronger, that is so true. And yes sometimes I fail and I don´t have the energy, and sometimes I feel like can do it all without modifications, I guess that is how life is. Yes!! I love her constant reminder to be where we are today! Today, my knees weren't ok with all the lunges...it's nice not to feel like a "weakling" because I had to do the step backs instead.

I really love this style workout! It's so awesome to work with weights and Kettlebells in the same workout doing compound strength, cardio and core! The exercise combinations and pace are perfect, making this a great workout! Absolutely loved it! 💪💦🤩✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️!
