Hi Dan I watch all your vlogs but don’t often comment on them, really nice of you to thank that trucker for helping you to reverse in to your parking slot. I am a retired truck driver and I always helped drivers in to a tight parking slot, many a time I’ve had to stop get out and check before reversing a bit more, it never ceases to amaze me how many drivers will sit and watch you struggle whilst reversing. I remember your last video of that truck stop with the dinosaurs, I just love little quirky places like that. I really hope you have a lovely 4th of July with Teresa. Kind regards from Scotland. Cali is its own beast. My sister had a job, if she left at a certain time, it took 45 minutes to get to work. 10 minutes after that time, she simply stayed home for an hour and a half, then went to work. She would arrive to work at the same time either way. Better staying in Gila Bend, then Ajo :)

Yes footage is good, and yes a driver friend of mine loves those cabovers, i kind of like the American ones,I guess because i drove a lot of them in Europe, but i seem to like most driving the longnose trucks.

Bump your idle up but leave your engine fan off. You want the engine temp to be as hot as possible. Let the truck kick the fan on and off as needed. You'll get a better burn in the filter that way.

If you spend $20 in the store or restaurant you don't need to pay for parking. The Iron Skillet is my favorite truck stop restaurant. I use it as an excuse to splurge. Blackened salmon for dinner, and coffee and breakfast sandwich in the morning is just over $20.

i live in Melbourne Australia depending on the time of day it can take 2 hrs or 30 minutes to get to the city 40km away, so 2 hours to go 45 miles sounds reasonable to me.

Not that this is of any great importance, but I drive a truck just like yours on American Truck Simulator (LoL) except it has a red hood because white blends in with the background and it's hard to see at least for me & it has a 600 HP Cummings in it, LoL............... Did you know that in some sections of your video the hood (bonnet) of your truck shows up as sky blue? It doesn’t matter to me, just saying as I surmise the sunlight and camera have a lot to do with that. //// The new camera looks ok to me, I really can’t tell the difference between the old camera…. I also think you missed the train that came zooming buy in front of you just as you pulled into that company & that other rig with the red tractor was in front of you, right before you started talking about, your new dash camera. I’m not train crazy like most of your viewers, but it’s nice that you point them out. //// Doesn’t it bust your hump to have someone else work on your truck, especially and oil change? ............. Pretty interesting truck stop, thanks for showing us around especially in all the heat. l loved that orange tractor.........
