😎👍🇺🇲 That place really needs a balcony on the top floor with regular stairs. That would make the upstairs useful for more than little kids. Something else I don't understand with new construction aimed at xpats. Why not plumb the bathroom sink into the shower hot water? Be super easy. Also. Why not add a water heater under the kitchen sink or at least a power outlet so the renter could add it. Those things can't cost that much. Just my opinion but it does seem a little steep for a one bedroom with an limit use second floor. Maybe I'm wrong??

Why wont they ever figure out to make an elevated lip at the shower floor and a simple curtain rod for a shower curtain?.. it really wouldn't add any cost to the construction price, maybe 1000 pesos at the most

I want to know why they didn't add a hot water heater under the kitchen sink and plumb in the bathroom sink to the shower water heater? At bare minimum. Add a power outlet under the kitchen sink 🤷 I would like to wash dishes with hot water. It's not that much to ask.

Looking for hot water in a Philippine house for washing, be it for clothes, dishes, or arse, is like looking for bidet in an American house. You'd be lucky if you find one.

@@yomama383 Yeah but central hot water is mandated. We've had hot water throughout the house for decades. Hot water at the kitchen sink is a pretty easy thing to accomplish and it would be a huge selling (for a xpat rental) point.

Very nice, except for that spiral staircase. But, the upstairs loft is very nice and open. That would be my choice for the bedroom and use the downstairs as an office. Simple and affordable in a nice enclosed neighborhood. I can save a lot of money rather than paying over $1,500 here in the US.

Thats a good deal right there. I'd be inclined to do away woth that table and plastic chairs. Put in a couch under that windoow, and a coffee table with a spring raiseable top. Use that for the table to eat off. A laptop with internet, you can stream to sub for a TV downstairs. A guy who doesnt want to muck with waiting in line all the time to pay bills and the like...do a live in housekeeper and give her the upstairs for her quarters. at 67, those stairs are a no go for me to be traversing daily.

Very nice place Mike very affordable😊 Are there any places that I can rent per the month around that price point, fully set up with kitchen, refrigerator. It can be partially furnished at least for now as I scout out the areas. Or am I going to have to search Airbnb or something? I would like to be centrally located in Cebu, and then travel out to different places.

electric will depend entirely on who rents it. How often do they run the air? How many lights are on for how many hours? That is going to vary widsely, high to low, between different people.
