Your extensive understanding and knowledge as a pediatrician of this illness must have saved so many children (now young adults),from the personal hell they had to endure because of the dismissive attitudes,and labels that were put upon them.I have personally witnessed this in the one's with and without the resources to deal with,(especially in the educational system.) I was fortunately(if you can call it that) able to get some students tutored through the ill times,while going through my own battle with ME/CFS.If only there were more dr's like yourself! These children would be bright,healthy, socially well-adjusted.(Go figure!"smile").In all, what I'm trying to say, I admire you for "Do no harm".Your patient's are blessed...Your tone, patience,and sincerity is admirable!
