Speed dating events. 33. Through work. **Bonus Places:** 1. Acting or improv classes. 2. Toastmasters or other public speaking classes. **5 Key Points Summarizing the Video:** 1. **Initiating Communication:** Most women (86%) won't initiate communication, so men need to take the first step. It's important to understand the difference between genuine interaction and harassment. 2. **Traditional Venues vs. Other Settings:** While bars and clubs are still popular for hookups, many lasting couples meet in other settings. 3. **Approaching Women:** It's essential to be open, friendly, and respectful. If a woman isn't in the mood for a conversation, don't take it personally. 4. **Comfort Zone:** Anna emphasizes the importance of stepping out of one's comfort zone. Engaging in activities aligned with personal interests can provide common ground and make the process more enjoyable. 5. **Online Dating:** Anna touches on online dating, suggesting that Tinder might not be the best option and that many men might be using unappealing photos. The speaker offers an online dating program for better results. Note: Anna also promotes self-improvement and understanding oneself to attract the right partner, rather than using pick-up artist techniques.

I noticed that if you try to smile and say hi to a woman that is the most they typically say back. They smile and say hi back. It's possible you might spark up a small conversation but typically they look preoccupied as if they are only talking to you to be nice or if you are both waiting for something. They try to politely finish the conversation and want to get on their way.

I met my long-term girlfriend by walking. No joke, guys. I was not looking for anything. Being on my own path. Being happy on my own. We started talking, and then we both went our own way again. We casually ran into each other, but I never chased her, not asking for her number. Just small talk... One day, when we met, she gave me her business card and asked me to call her. I took it, but replied I was kinda busy and I could not promise her. (Being honest) I did not call nor texted her. A few weeks later, I ran again into her. She apologized for coming on too strong. I eventually took her for a drink. The moral of the story is that if a woman is really into you, she will chase you and try anything to be around you.

As a working professional going to night class is a pretty solid way of meeting someone, maybe a course that runs for at least a term or semester. You will already have something in common with people (the course subject). Your participation in the class over time helps everyone get to know you, your opinions, even your humour. Often a group of you will agree to go for a drink afterwards. Of course all of this is cool because you never have to declare an interest in anyone. I believe a lot of women use this ploy because they can conceal their intentions and not appear obvious or desperate. I’ve found women and women have found me (which makes a refreshing change) at night school ❤

Heres my long story of what my routine was. I did an activity every weekend like a horse ride, rock climb, music show or whatever and then go out to bars solo during the week, starting before they got busy, (before 9pm) talked to anyone i could and I had at least what I did on the weekend to talk about. By the time the bar got busy, i was more at home because I had spoken to some people and they were still in the bar. That made it a lot easier to start new conversations with new people. I had some fun nights. Walking into the same pumping bar at 10pm was a lot more intimidating than getting there early and warming up and I would go home without one conversation. I was braver than most men to do this solo but eventually stopped because I realised I had an underlying sense of low self worth that i had to sort out first. It took months before I asked for a phone number and then when I had phone Numbers i thought when I meet up they will find out how boring i really am. 😢 I was getting validation and quiting while i was ahead

Dance classes are a great place to meet women. As you usually rotate partners during the class you get to interact with all of them. However, conversation is made before and after the class, not during the dance. Later at social dances you can be introduced to their friends.

Excellent points today. As a formerly shy introvert, I've used a number of these to expand my horizons. Church, conferences, work (less these days, because of Me2) all let me meet new people, including like-minded women. Book stores? If you can find one. Good luck. Sporting events: I've noted that XFL fans often congregate at certain bars or restaurants prior to the game to meet up and talk. NFL has tailgates, Adds another dimension to the bonding over sports, where you can talk before cheering on your team. Film screenings: took in a screening of Casablanca a few months back -- still one of the greatest films of all time! Shy guy getting used to talking with women: Speak to the checkout women at the grocery store. Seriously. I made up my mind to talk a little with every checkout woman I came across. Do that for about a year and the terror of striking up a conversation just melts away. Seeing you outside: marvelous!!! She's out in the open! Maybe she'll prove she has legs someday! ;) Praying for you! -- Russ PS/Tyson and my grand-dog Ginger send their slumberly regards.

Edit: (well, not really my area since it's an hour drive away, and I live in a suburbia with woods, farmland, horses, and mansions....but a still consider it local.....lol...). I have not harnessed the availability of these bookstore women but it's by far a low hanging fruit opportunity, a undulating mob of thrashing of hot, sticky, low esteem women, self medicating with books n cinnabuns...lol

Personally though I am in the happy zone of just being happy to be on my own if that's what my destiny now holds. There are benefits to not being constantly nagged or having my things put in places where I can't find them. And it has to be said that courting and keeping a woman can be expensive in both time and money - since becoming an individual being and living on my own I've paid off the mortgage entirely and am saving lots of money for what will likely be the extended holiday of a lifetime along with now fixing up my home exactly how _I_ want it to be - and planning for my retirement which is now coming down the line, I can see.

I feel burnt out from all the work I've done in order to find someone, I'm mid forties and only 5,2 tall. I sent over 150 messages on dating sites to girls and got ZERO replies, I actually lied and exaggerated my height and put 5,4 but it made no difference, but when I changed my height to 6,2 I only sent a dozen messages and got 4 replies and when I told them my real height and they stopped replying to me. I go the gym and am extremely fit for my age, I do mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises, meditation, I take cold showers I spend money on nice clothes and keep my appearance good. I try the law of attraction and the affirmations. I approach girls and make friendly conversation, although they just want to get away from me and carry on with their day. Been short is like playing a video game on ultra difficult, it feels impossible. How exactly do I generate attraction when I'm trapped in this little body?
@YourWingmam Жыл бұрын
The reality is that it is more difficult for shorter men to attract women for the simple fact that most women prefer a man who is taller than them. (Not necessarily 6’!) On average, women typically end up with a man 4 inches taller. However, that doesn’t mean all women. But yes, there are going to be fewer women who date shorter men and there will be fewer women who are shorter than you are. Charisma and confidence go a long way, but won’t be enough for all women. Having said that, I know a man who is about the same height as you, and was being pursued by an attractive woman who was a couple inches taller than him. However, his low self-esteem sabotaged that potential relationship. I don’t know if that’s the case for you. If it is then you need to work on your self-esteem. If not, then it’s more about engaging in activities not only where you might meet women, but where you will meet the same woman over a prolonged period of time. Like school or an ongoing volunteer project or any hobby or activity that allows you to get to know each other beyond the superficial. That’s why it’s so important to choose an activity. You genuinely love, regardless of whether or not you will meet women through it. Wish I could offer more, but hope this was helpful.

I have tried several over the years. Yes, get to meet girls and women but unfortunately the interactions were always too brief to build any connections. I do practice chatting up and with ladies of all ages and usually they get a smile and laugh and a few really serious but again it's like you find you're holding up a que or they or I am due somewhere else and it's always before the stage where you ask for contact info. True enough I've found out that a number of women are dealing with their own problems and it wouldn't be paradise getting involved.

10 years? Did you not have any idea it was coming? Were you married? If not, and she wanted kids or some security and you did not move it forward, she likely felt her expiration date was approaching and she had no ring or commitment. If she was focused on kids and security, what every woman wants before having children, it might not be too late. Why did you not get married during that span of most of her reproductive clock time. Do not waste time of women were sure thy want kids, it is not fair to them. If you really want to start a family with her, tell her and make concrete steps to assure that it happens. In that case you need to prove to her that you are serious about her and your common offspring. If she wants kids and you are not sure, you were wasting her most valuable perishable asset. Date with intension. spell it out earn and show that you mean it. It is just dating for companionship and sex, find someone who is exactly on the same page with you, Good luck!

I met one at rehab 😅 im 26, 27 in November, and she's 31. Clearly rehab is not the best place, but I can relate to people who have been through tough life experiences and are also trouble like me. I made this tall blond Swedish girl a card, since I draw with pencil and am quite skilled. The design is original/mine, as are all my drawings since i base them on my pieces of writing, poems, aphorisms, etc. The card had two marshmallows on the front, the boy offering a flower and melting, and the girl smiling and holding her hands to her chest, with little hearts 💕 floating upwards. I colored the hearts and the flower. On the inside (left) of the card it read, 'You exude tremendous quantities of heat', with flames at the bottom, and a longer message on the inside (right). She ended up passing me a couple notes, since you can get kicked out of the rehab for talking to the other sex or passing notes, since the middle of the facility is shared space(lecture hall, dining room, coffee lounge). One had her number, and we live on the same side of Washington state, only an hour away. She's in Kenmore, I'm in Kent. Its been 3 years since I've had any physical contact with a female, and it was nice. She sent me pics of all the hickies I left on her ^-^ I really like her but I have to maintain my stoic countenance at all times ! She's trouble for sure but I'm past the point of caring for the perfect person to enter my world and am just sharing this thing we call Life with another person, with the least amount of expectations. So far it has been going well, and has allowed me to practice all the principles you and others teach. Casey Zander is another tuber I listen to fairly often, but I don't believe relationships should follow a cookie cutter template so some rules can be slightly tweaked or bent, but maintaining a masculine frame at all times and being emotionally strong and resilient is absolutely essential. Emotional weakness is probably #1 turnoff for women I've found. Women crave that masculine energy, and its the only way they'll feel safe. Anyways, I still love you Anna, please don't be jealous! 😌 you probably have thousands of dudes crushing on you from your videos. Your energy is nice ❤🎉

Great list of places you mentioned! I've thought about meeting women at work, but I prefer to keep my options open and look in other places besides work and bars. Having the thought of walking past my possible ex at work in case it didn't work plus management and corporate members finding out just doesn't make me feel comfortable dating coworkers. I feel like it could cost my job. Also, I wish I knew why most women don't initiate the conversation years ago. If I knew they prefer guys that are confident, emotional strong & secure, then maybe I wouldn't have been single after all these years. I guess you live and learn.

Do not date anyone in the same company. It is likely prohibited by rules but if you see someone, and anything happens such as stopping seeing her, you can be fired, females have all the power over men in the workplace. Getting another job with that on your record might be very difficult. 50-60 years ago, it was the most common ways of meeting ones future wife but it is not allowed in almost any business now in western countries because they can be sued as allowing "harassment".
@CarstenMoreno Жыл бұрын
@stanspb763 I think that's bullshit. As an American, I wonder why that's a big deal in the Western world and not elsewhere. Even if it was allowed, I would feel weird and uncomfortable running into my ex everyday in case we break up and we still work at the same place.

The best way is to just do way more of the things your passionate about and put your focus on you because the energy you will give off will make you more desirable to woman. Similar to if you focus is on getting laid its probably not gonna happen too often as you will give off that vibe.

Now I have 39 years old, I want more concrete meeting : dating site or marriage agency. As long I meet a woman who shares my interested and is sociable talktative, that is all good for me.

Most adult men don't avoid approaching women because of rejection or humiliation. Most adult men don't approach women to avoid being seen as a creep, assailant, or interloper in their peaceful moment; and thus contributing to that woman's disdain for men. From a personal perspective, I am a senior and I work hard to keep my weight down and my muscles active, but too many women in my age group have let themselves go, gaining so much weight that their silhouette fuses the line between the chest and abdomen. Unhealthy body, just like smoking, contribute to the antithesis of atractiveness, regardless of their innate beauty.

I wish that were true. Why didn't God protect me? Then I wondered why does God let so many bad things happen? I am no theologian but I think it is part of the package that comes with him giving us free will. I won't deny that specific prayers are sometimes answered but I think since he gave us free will he pretty much leaves us alone.

Anything skilled based is a great place to start. Simply persevere and you'll get better. Personally I've found dancing best: you don't need to be good, achieve anything like competent and you'll find women attracted to you. At classes for Ceroc(French jive) partners are allocated automatically, and switch frequently, so you can meet women without approaching them first! There can be a lot more to amateur theatre groups than just acting / acting classes e.g. front of house, costume, lighting, sound, set construction, backstage. My local theatre even has an excellent bar run entirely by volunteers. I've met a lot of good friends through theatre.

Now if you are at a college alumni event depending on the university or college you might be as smart as the women in the room. I talked to a group professors about certain subjects and they wanted to know more about the subject I was talking about because they never knew about those things.

Dear Anna: Your hair looks very nice. (See? Your GLAWAB notices you) Great video, and I definitely liked the bonus points you added. It is difficult to meet women nowadays, and I think the older we get women put up a wall, since they have already been burned, and I think may women are stuck on dating apps, and believe that is the only way. Back in my 20s I could meet girls anywhere. I once bought beer on my way to a party and gave the cashier the address to the party; and she showed up. We dated for a while. So, with the Hollywood writers strike are you polishing the old screenplay? You never know, this could be your chance. I am definitely working on mine. Anyway, that is all for today. Once again, I liked your hair and you are just so pretty!!!! Have a great week and God bless you. I really liked how energetic you were in this video. Hug and 5 pecks on each cheek!!!!!

A recent poll shows that over 85% of women wished they were approached more often by men with that percentage going down with women over 40. That means only 15% of women have had enough bad experiences to not want to be approached. (Or there may be other reasons.) Worse case, she feels flattered, yes, even if you're not a Chad. Reality land: love requires risk and initially that burden falls on men. I know, that sucks. I'm not the Creator just the decoder. Thank you for the compliment! God bless!

I do not have problems talking to women, but it is hard to find out where to meet the kind of woman I am looking for. Possibly your advise of volounteer work could be the place where one could find a good hearted, introverted woman (preferably with some interesting, a little neardy hobbies).
