did you service the gearbox i.e new sleeves and seals?

Yes. When I loaded xHP, I found my A and E clutch adaptives were really high. No shift issues though. So I started by doing the sleeves and seals. That didn't change anything. Ended up putting a sutphin valve body in it and resetting adaptives and after 500 stop and go miles, they're looking great and there was a noticeable improvement in shift quality with the valve body.

@@GTkyle yeah looks very snappy indeed I guess just the seals don't do much.... I was looking at replacement valve body but from ali express. You used zf fluid?

@@jonot8547 the sleeves and seals are absolutely crucial to replace, it's just in my case it wasn't my main issue. Please let me know how well the Chinese valve body works. If you have a 335D, the separator plate code is A063/B063, in case they ask. I used Valvoline Max Life in the red jug. It is compatible with ZF lifeguard 6 and many people run it.
