This is beautiful :) I am 22 and have been practicing pilates thru KZbin since I was 17. Lately I have been rly enjoying learning more about Joseph Pilates and his beliefs. The history is very intriguing

As long as there is correct alignment and full range of motion / then depending on the muscle group - Between 3 x 8 or 3 x 5 as an approximate guide 🌱
