Pilates rules! Joseph was and still is far ahead of his time. The man in this video is the Michael Jordan of the Pilates universe. I've never seen anything like this before. I'm green with envy over his shoulder flexibility.

I noticed some variation to the sequence towards the end right after the teasers. I'm wondering if this is correct or if my source (Alycea Ungaro) is? Or perhaps both are? Anyone know?

I noticed that too. He doesn't follow the Original 34 Pilates Sequence, cues or counts, but he's strong and it looked pretty good.
