This is only the 2nd time I've done this one. I took it easy after giving blood, doing only cardio for a couple days, so was eager for a challenge with weights & this qualifies! I'm still only using medium & light weights--had to drop to 2# for shoulders (but I added one on upper hand for side bend) & 3# for triceps--and did full bear plank, but on elbows. At 65, I'm proud I can do this & feel tired, but not gotta-go-back-to-bed exhausted. Thank you for the awesome range of offerings!!

This is my first time doing this workout. I LOVE this format . It was Challenging and a little Tough. I had to drop down with my weights. Arms, legs,core and glutes are on fire 🔥🔥thank-u Amy for sharing your workouts and monthly calendars that I follow consistently!

Amy, I started your workouts at home because of the Lock-down in South Africa. i spin at the gym as well as do Boot camp at the gym. so doing your classes has really helped me to keep up my fitness, so after Lock-down, I will still be fit. I find your programmes excellent and when completed you know you have done a great workout. Keep it coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been doing your videos 3x/week or more for the past 3 years (since getting pregnant with my daughter) and this one kicked my butt!! Thanks for continuing to challenge me and for helping me become fit at a time when I need it the most!

Amy that was amazing! I miss old fashioned strength training sometimes. I used every dumbbell in my set from 5-20lbs. I did repeat the squat/plié section twice. I would love a 45 minute version. Thanks as always.

Just finished this workout. Thank you, Amy! I am slowly re-introducing strength training back into my workouts, and this was perfect. I anticipate a sore body tomorrow! I discovered your videos a few years ago and have loved working out with you! You are a life and sanity saver during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Amazing workout, Amy! The workout flew by. I love how it is a little different than other workouts, sticking with the same exercise but at a different pace. BURNER is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for your expertise!

Great workout! Thank you for having some without music. My mum is nearly deaf and she has a very hard time hearing the instructions over the music. It's a common problem for old people so it is nice to have accessible exercise programs (without music). Captions or the exercise name would also be helpful but I understand it's a lot of work :) I also love your workouts so thank you!

Thank you Amy your workouts are tough but they keep me engaged. Love how you format your routines! Just back into working out due to a injury, I know I'm going to feel this one tomorrow cause I feel it now! I'm going to do one of your workouts every day this week and see how it goes! This was a great workout. As a woman of 50 I am really focusing on strength. I was a little concerned as a younger trainer the approach would be to much for me. This was great. I will definitely be revisiting this one! Thank you for be approachable for all ages

Holy moly this was a burner. Thought I was going to cry during the lunges. Please please please can we have more videos like this. Love mixing up tempo. Totally want the challenge of those super slow squats. 😁💪🏻

Thank you so much Amy, you are such an inspiration! Your body is incredible - you give hope to mums everywhere that their body can be strong and toned again with the right exercise programme. Thank you for teaching me about my core, it’s still a work in progress and even when I can see changes elsewhere, that lower tummy fat just won’t shift. But I’ll keep going until I feel more confident. Thank you for all your hard work xxx

I previewed it first (at 65 with joint issues, I'm careful) & thought I could do it. I went with medium weights, shifting to light ones for some late overhead moves) & did OK. I know I will do this again & try increasing weights on 1 or 2 moves at a time. I was surprised that it was my back calf that burned & almost cramped on those lunges. And I tried the one leg bear plank but couldn't feel anything, so did both but on one flat hand & one fist, then changing hands back and forth, since it's my wrists that have trouble with bearing that much weight--left elbow always aches, too. Anyway, thanks for a real challenge that I can grow with!

Love your workouts, thank you!! I'm just wondering if you have any suggestions for protecting my lower back area while doing these workouts in the bent-over position? I've had L-4/L-5 fusion and knee replacement so the bent over position on the lunges really hurt. I've love to read your thoughts. 🌸
