That was fun! As a 63 year old woman former athlete, trying to maintain may physical strength is so important. Your videos are ones I look forward to and feel so great about when I'm done. I try to push myself to do what you do. I'm more often using met 15 lb umbrellas now vs my 10's.. You have helped so much! Keep making these awesome new videos. I know how hard you are working and I really appreciate you!

All you have to do is SHOW UP! Alternate between dumbbells and kettlebells in this full body workout. Start back to basics for round one, then add some (optional) intensity in round two! Three circuits, three moves, two rounds, then you’re done!

I have been off on a hiking vacation to the redwoods and Yosemite. (Did you miss me?😂) Loved this first workout of Show Up. I could really feel the difference after a week off even though we hiked hard all last week. Thank you for always being here with these workouts! I love doing them sooo much!

I missed practically all of the last week of Elevate because of a sinus infection. I was this close to closing out a whole month. But my body was not having it; had to take time to recover. I'm still not 100% but it felt good to get moving again this morning with #1 of Show Up. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for your channel. Thank you for all you do on here!
