Excellent workout! Love the Compound moves. Please add a warm- up & cool down(otherwise I would never do those). I would definitely do a 35 minute workout with those included. Keep up the excellent work!

This is the best Full Body workout!! I felt challenged and strong throughout the entire workout and, I love how it also has that element of cardio in it with the squats and lunges. Great workout!! Week 4/Day 2 March Calendar Choose Your Own Adventure 2023 is done ✔️ 💪🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

Do 20 min cardio every day. Strength training 2 or 3 days. Add yoga which is so enjoyable and you’ll be good.
