LOVED this! And cardio queens, take it from a 57 yo who only did cardio her whole life that the cool down is SO important! Think of it as a reward for your body for the hard work it just did! Let it cool down and stretch! You’ll thank me as you age 😊

I typically skip kickboxing because it’s not my favorite, but I’m traveling and needed a no equipment workout and one I could do in a hotel room. This worked well and it’s always good to do something different. Thanks so much! 🙂

Love love loved this cardio kick boxing workout today .Chris. wowza!! DID I work hard .phew!! I really got a very big sweat on today.i really really really love the kickboxing moves.i really felt everything working today.i was so so on fire today.i really loved the side kicks .and the upper jabs .wow!! I reallyreally gave it every thing today kick boxing is one of my all time favourite workouts.my body really thanks you for it today chris.it was an awesome amazing .and really fun Workout.i really pushed myself to the very edge with this workout.i really really worked to my very very best today .and kept moving..I did stop once for a water drink.but I really pushed it so so hard today.and I put in my very best effort and concentration.thank you so so much Chris.
