oh boy, I actually did all high impact from beginning to end and got rid of every bit of tension from the day. Totally awsome class - this short workout definitely packed a punch... the sweat is making my glasses are slipping down my nose as I type this! LOVED IT! Thank you...

Just what I needed after a difficult day yesterday. Flew back to the UK as unfortunately my parents are not doing well at all. Was up over 20 hours what with the travel time, sorting things out etc & really needed a sweaty workout to destress today & ease my mind & body.
