DESCRIPTION
Come join my TIGHTER ASSETS 4 week challenge. 5 x 35 min workouts a week for 4 weeks! This series will sculpt a strong, lean physique with joint friendly, no impact exercises. Designed for most fitness levels, there are modifications shown throughout. For my advanced exercisers, simply add extra equipment to increase the challenge.
There are 5 completely different total body workouts each week, progressing in difficulty with each passing week. This series will challenge your strength, stability, coordination and endurance. You will add various easy to find equipment to increase the challenge and help you to keep getting results. Stick with the program and you will feel the burn and see the changes!
The series can be done as a stand alone with some light cardio on the 2 off days, or if you are one of my more advanced exercisers you can add in some of my other workouts to get your full hour in each day.

Well Linda you are right!!! I certainly did not need ankle weights. You certainly know what you are doing. This looked deceptively easy m, but I was very well worked out. I gonna love this series ❤️ Thank you!!!

Day 1 done. I admit it was not easy. I paused a lot. Finished in 45 minutes 😬 but I kept going refusing to give up. I’m overweight and out of shape but determined to finish the this series this month! Go me!

I'm just starting to get back into real fitness since my bicycle/motor vehicle accident 2 and a half months ago. This seems like it's doable from where I'm at physically right now. Thank you Linda!❤

I finally got my DVDs today!!! I’m going to start tomorrow. Do you recommend light ankle weights for the lower body? Or no?

Yay! I add in ankle weights in week 3, but it is up to you. If you find them too easy then add them in. I personally don't think you need them.

I've 1 question for you, I purchased a fabric made loop band because the earlier one that I had would very easily coil up and slip. So I purchased the one made up of Fabric from Amazon but I realized that it's so tight and whenever I use them for working out using your older loop band videos they're really difficult to work with when strapped around your ankles or arms. So would you suggest any better alternative for me? Because turns out I just wasted my money buying those fabric made loop bands when they're so tight and harder to work with

the fabric loops do loosen up with time. They are actually a lot better than the latex ones because they don't rollup. It may take some time for you to stretch it out a bit so it becomes easier to use, but it is worth persevering. There are not really any other alternatives, unless you use a regular pilates band and tie a knot in it to make it into a loop. With my earlier workouts you can just do fewer reps and put the band around your thighs instead of ankles where ever possible.
