Welcome to the All About The Legs series. You will work every part of your legs with innovative compound movements that engage maximum muscles at the same time. You will see standing and mat exercises, all with angle changes and unique combinations to help tighten your hips, thighs and butt and give you a healthy, strong lower body.
In All About the Legs Classic Mat you will see all your favourite outer thigh, inner thigh and glute exercises. The focus will be on perfect form to really engage every muscle for maximum results. There are not tricky combinations, just traditional exercises that are known and tried to burn and deliver results! Finish with a lengthening stretch.

This was great I really learned a lot. One question I have is do you have any tips about the side lying position on the elbow, it seems I can never figure out how to place the elbow and always end up with pain in my shoulder and sometimes neck, I know I'm not in alignment but I can't figure it out and almost always have to go to lying on side instead of being propped up as the shoulder pain is too much.

it is definitely a position that can cause pain, especially if you hold tenseness in the shoulders. Holding this position is as much about your core as it is about your arm and shoulder. The key is to make sure your elbow is under the shoulder in a straight line and you are pushing through your entire forearm to pull your ribcage away from the floor, like when you do a side plank. If that doesn't help you can use a pilates ball or a firm cushion and put it under your ribcage to help prop you up a bit. It is more important that you are comfortable to be able to focus on the legs, than to try and hold a position that causes discomfort.

2 days ago i did 3 of your older ankle weight workouts in one day plus a 20 min walk with ankle weights and 20 min run without a good 3 hrs throu out the day, today im torchering my sore legs with this 😂😂 actualy feels good after

@@barlatesbodyblitz yup but i have adjustable ankle weights so they will be complaning for a long time 🤣🤣at 2 pounds per leg can go up to 10 pounds also got a spin bike to use

@@barlatesbodyblitz you have said befor that there are videos that you film back to back on the same day and sometimes you will workout for a few hrs a day, would you ever consider making some playlist of videos you did film back to back ? Im just curious if i can keep up🤣 plus it would be fun to just click on a playlist you put togather for a supper long multi video workout

Haha, honestly I have filmed so many workouts I don't even remember which ones I filmed on the same day. I always do my own workouts in the morning and then film in the early afternoon. I have cut down how long I workout a lot because I have been focusing on lowering Cortisol. I used to workout 3 plus hours a day, but now do max 2 including filming.

Alright this was painful but I'm happy you're not wearing all black, it's hard to make out some movements when there's no contrast. Sort of like Minnie who, when still, looks like a black mass and you can't tell what is what 😂

do you use quite a small screen? I'll have to keep it in mind, but unfortunately the majority of my workout clothes are black, lol!
