6am workout COMPLETED! I really pushed myself in today’s workout and weight. I went as high as 25lbs and WHOAAAAA. The burn feels good!! I can’t say again how much I LOVE the format of this workout. It’s so good!

Yami! Whew, just did this workout and you definitely know how to make a girl sweat. I have not felt motivated to workout, this video made me feel motivated and is helping me look forward to working out now. This workout hit all of my focus points and then some. Thank you for sharing this workout with us all. I will definitely be using this as my workout routine.

OMG!! This workout was sooo EMPOWERING! I loved style of this workout. Its was slow yet intense and easy to follow. I LOVED this style of training. I will most definitely be doing this workout 3x a week!! I’m glad I found this video! Because OMG it’s such a gem.

hi @yamimufdi i enjoyed ur program very much! if i may suggest, before the first set you may want to demonstrate how the workout will be and the options before the timer starts. few times even you were struggling to show us how to do the workout because the timer has started.but overall, keep up the good work.

Omg, this workout was INTENSE! I have to modify certain workouts since I’m an above knee amputee, but that’s okay, because I still sweated my booty off! At one point, I was like, “Yami, girl, you tryin’ kill me.” 🫶🏻😂
