Amazing!! This was killer but so varied that it makes it do-able. I also love your message of listening to your body and what works that day. I used to judge myself for going down a weight when I could usually do more but now I'm just like "oh well, that's my body today". Thank you.

Excellent! My band isn’t that stretchy for some of those moves so I had to improvise and use dumbbells instead but it still worked .

Always love mixing it up! I do have a question. When we are doing the band under the one foot and doing the reverse "A"shape and then on the other side we did curls...are you square over your foot?

Great question! No, my foot is a little off to the side, not directly underneath my belly button. I have a slight hinge forward in both and my foot is a little wider than hip distance with a slight external rotation. Feel free to play around with the foot position though, as long as your core stays tight and it feels good 😀
