Can I just say how much I enjoy your workouts ! I love that you don't talk too much, and you just tell us what to do, no conversation, no nonsense. I also love the speed at which you do the exercises. Your musical selection is also excellent. I also love that you show modifications in the top corner, so I can see it when I am on the floor. I love that you include a bit of yoga and stretching too, we are giving love to parts of the body that often get ignored. I love that your music is not louder than your voice. I especially also REALLY LOVE that you include warm up and cool down after each workout. Its gotten to the point where I won't do a workout that doesn't include this. Oh and I like the creativity of the exercises. You are just GREAT Mik ~!

Thanks for the warm up and cool down. More like this please. Can always find plenty of cardio options. Not so much for full body strength. I'm 62 and I'm always proud of myself when I complete one of your workouts.

63 yr old here! I like the pace, your instruction and the combinations you came up with, I was sweating after, I exercise everyday! I mix it up with Pilates, indoor walking and weight training.

So, I would categorize this workout as a Strength's Workout Workout!! Love the pure strength training that you get here!! Great combinations that kept the muscles in a state of time under tension!! 💪🦵🔥🎯👍 🔥Love that we get to do this workout again in Week 7/Day 5 Winter Workout Challenge 2023!! This is a great workout. Challenging but very doable. I usually only do your all-standing workouts so I started this by mistake. Glad I stayed. And YES PLEASE always include WARMUP & COOLDOWN. It just makes for a better workout experience when I don't have to stop, search, play, stop, search, play to workout.

Yay for warm up and cool down! Yay for NO REPEATS! Great combination of explaining the move, occasionally adding in posture tips, mixing up so I don't feel like I'm doing 30 minutes of a variation on squats, and keeping the music as non-intrusive background. 🙂
