Whew, baby, that was tough! I previewed the video and I was like alright, I got this no problem. But those little pulses were brutal and then to go full reps after, wow. Thanks so much, Larie!!

That was fire. Thank you so much Larie. I went into the workout in sloth winter mode and somehow by the end those endorphins kicked in and reminded me why working out with you pays off! I feel great!
