This workout offers so much, I've seen five times worse workouts get 300, 000 views. This one deserves at least 500 000. Keep up the great job.

My first workout with Larie but definitely not my last. I love all the variety and moves I haven't done elsewhere. I'm sweating like crazy but I had fun. And even though you are fit as all get out, you share how hard it is, you're right there with us. Thank you.

I'm the one who emailed you about the exact band you use. got the band did this workout with it and it was GREAT thanks I would also like to compliment you on the volume of your background music. I have a hearing impairment and I can hear you perfectly. so often video workouts have the pounding rock music on so loud! it is difficult to hear the count or the description of the moves. keep doing this it's not dance cardio!! yayyyy!

Finally a trainer who isn’t overly happy and is constantly shouting ”come on ladies, you can do it! More more more, come on go deeper! *grins insanely wide*” Each to their own but I really can’t stand them haha. You’re the first one I’ve come across in my 37 years who just felt right for me. I didnt even know you guys excisted!

I used a resistance band that was far too heavy, but this workout was great! For anyone with a super heavy resistance band - some of the standing workouts that seemed impossible I went on my knees so there was less distance for the band to move.

This was exactly what I needed. I like that I can make it more or less challenging with the bands. I wasn't sweating very much but boy did it build up! Thanks so much for sharing this workout :)

This is my second time watching!! On the final exercise, I find that bending my knees at the top as I abduct helps to feel targeted at the inner thigh.

Just finished 5 seconds ago and freaking loved it. I used my arena strength bands specifically the medium one and even though I couldn't last the same time on some of them I am sweating so that let me know I did put in effort with my workout. Look forward to trying your other videos. Thank you!

Just found this as Sydney Australia has had its lockdown extended for ANOTHER 4 weeks... already been too long without the gym. I am halfway through and shattered 🥵 Very effective!! Will be using this for the forseeable future 👌

FIT by Larie lol!! I didn’t think of that! 😂 That would’ve worked better but I was sore the next day! Especially my lower traps - mid back! Was awesome! I was surprised!! But I definitely worked on mind muscle connection because of the lower resistance. 😉

I've been alternating upper body & lower body with a combination of weights and bands but something tells me I'm not addressing all of my muscles equally. I look forward to trying this out. Thank you.

Here’s the thing. kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Good workout. It would have been nice to have some chest exercises and less shoulder for more balance. Other than that, I worked up a good sweat.

Something with more cardio may work better, but this will too especially if you push yourself and keep your heart rate up!

Wow this resistance band strength workout is one of the hardest i've done so far. 💦 The excercises are long and I paused sometimes during the excercise. I used my medium resistance band it was hard to do the overhead tricep with the squats my band is not long enough.😬 Thank you Larie.👍💪💦🤗

I’d recommend a strength focused one and then one focusing on cardio. Exactly how anyone would use them! I would start with the lightest band you have and then over time up the resistance as you build strength/endurance ❤️
