I'm the one who emailed you about the exact band you use. got the band did this workout with it and it was GREAT thanks I would also like to compliment you on the volume of your background music. I have a hearing impairment and I can hear you perfectly. so often video workouts have the pounding rock music on so loud! it is difficult to hear the count or the description of the moves. keep doing this it's not dance cardio!! yayyyy!

I used a resistance band that was far too heavy, but this workout was great! For anyone with a super heavy resistance band - some of the standing workouts that seemed impossible I went on my knees so there was less distance for the band to move.

This is my second time watching!! On the final exercise, I find that bending my knees at the top as I abduct helps to feel targeted at the inner thigh.

Here’s the thing. kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Wow this resistance band strength workout is one of the hardest i've done so far. 💦 The excercises are long and I paused sometimes during the excercise. I used my medium resistance band it was hard to do the overhead tricep with the squats my band is not long enough.😬 Thank you Larie.👍💪💦🤗

Exactly how anyone would use them! I would start with the lightest band you have and then over time up the resistance as you build strength/endurance ❤️
