I've done this one so many times, but usually in the morning before the kids get up. As it's school holidays my 2 girls did it with me (6 & 4). 6yo loved the squat jumps, 4yo is all about the burpees!! The next generation of WarrioRAWRs right there Kat xxx

OK this was hard hard hard. I did it at night, not feeling like working out and feeling more like a glass of wine. It was a good choice. Killer workout. Feel like a warrior. RAWWWRRRR

Holy guacamole what did i just do lol! First and foremost koodo to the crossfit people. Ok full disclosure here, my usual trainings are mainly weights and increasing reps decreasing weight or vice versa (i forget what that technique is called) but seriously Kat you might be changing my mind on how i want to work my lower body. Only day 9 and ive never felt my legs so pumped after a workout. Best of all, because its done through movement i really feel iam working on my balance. The resistance achieved through movement is awesome and my core is way more solicitated in comparison to using a machine. Benefits all around. My goal is to be strong and be my best self as i care little for numbers and looks. Cant see results after only 9 days but i FEEL them and i love it. Had more trouble yesterday with the upper body moves that included movement but i will see this through. Today I managed to do 3 rounds full motion, round 4 half modification half full motion and last round all modification. Still really proud about it. Woop woop. YESSS! I love this so much! Firstly - LEGIT THOUGH. I am in AWE of Crossfit athletes! I love watching the games and the documentaries of the games on Netflix. The heart that they all have is inspiring up the wazoo! I love that you are loving working on balance! IT IS SO IMPORTANT. Legit, if possible, strengthening without machines incorporates so many more muscles, the way they are supposed to be worked. For me, calisthenics over machines always. I would love to keep hearing how you are doing through this challenge and my workouts! Thank you so much, Bianca!

pant pant pant pant....day...pant...9...pant....comp...letttte! holy crap, you cranked up the dial today lady, just back to back hard intense cardio exercises over & over & over & over & over again! I'm reluctant to double up today...but gonna give day 10 a go b/c I have a feeling you doubled up for filming so I'm going to try to tap into my inner warriorawr & do the same!

I’m incredibly inefficient at burpees, and didn’t want it to throw off the whole WOD. I subbed that move for 20 pushups, and then added an extra 5 reps to the KB round because I felt guilty about not doing burpees 😂. Amazing challenging workout!

Hello! I just discovered your channel and I love it! I am trying to loose some extra fat I have and tone up but I have never worked out before to this level, and even though I struggle a little, your positive energy and great comments really help keep me going! I also love that you warm up in the beginning practicing the movements we are going to be working out, and that you stretch with us at the end! I've see a few different style videos that you have but the EMOM ones are my personal favorite! Counting the reps really helps me not slack off in the middle of the workout! Thank you for posting!

I must have done this specific work 7/8 times now, but blimey it was hard work this morning. Kat I just love how I can come back to workouts, do new ones, keep it fresh and always know I am going to get a darn good workout!!!!

Day 9 done. If there is one thing I took away from the military, it is a hatred for burpees, I actually groaned when you said we were doing that many lol. Killer workout but I missed a day yesterday so on to Day 10. Btw, Bury Me by 30 Seconds to Mars is my jam!

I read the comments first and was intimidated but found this went fast and was within my abilities. Don't get me wrong, it was challenging and I'm a sweaty mess now. The burpees killed me, i did the version with a fully body press and by the last two rounds I was 1-2 behind your pace (more of an awwror that an rwoar at that point). I did focus on form for the last 12 burpees and that helped even if I moved more slowly. Definitely was moving better at the end - the last bit of high knees felt great (could not join you for the ninja tuck jumps). Day 9 in the books!

So I've never done an EMOM workout until now...Holy can't-catch-my-breath-I-really-do-think-I'm-gonna-die! Goodness, Kat! That was, how shall I put this? HARD! Round 1, ok (dang burpees!), I'll do the active rests with you. Round 2...uhm, the active rests might have to go. Rounds 3 and 4? I guess I'll just breathe when the workout is done. Yup, that's how it felt. But you already know..IT FELT SO GOOD! And ninjas to tuck jump at the end?!🤯 You ROCK! I high-kneed it. HA! Awesome workout, Kat! One of the hardest I've honestly ever done. And it's those little, "This is so fun!" comments you throw in there that make me laugh. Are you convincing us or you? 😉. Keep it up, girl!! This challenge is RaaawwwrAwesome!!! 💪

Great, challenging workout! I lovehate burpees, but today I felt very energetic doing them. Thankfully, there were exercises that were easier for me as well, so I didn't die ;)

Completed 1/9/19 --w/Neil. He kept saying, "OH MY GAWD[pant pant]" and was super out of breath. I did most of these via modifications. Also, I love how you caught yourself when you apologized for sniffling! Very good! Your body is doing natural stuff, certainly normal body-things, no need for an apology. Your sniffles are great because they're a part of you!

First time ever doing a EMOM workout and I was so determined to do it like each rep was the first one and now I feel sooo sweaty, but super proud of myself👏🏻 My fave movement was the jump squats and even though the full body burpees was a killer, they still felt awesome after I completed them all👀😜 Thanks kitty Kat😻👌🏻

Holy rawwwwrr!🦁😯 Super tough. My workout background was in Crossfit, so this was super fun! Kettlebells swings have always been one of my favorite movements, they always make me feel so strong💪 Burpees are the devil. Haha Thank you for today! I hope you had a fabulous day.

I died...crossfit style burpees were my favorite, and the ones that got the most challenging, but all got more challenging, except the jump lunges, surprisingly. RAAAAWWWRRR!!! :D

I did this workout a couple of days ago and I had to come back to comment......Good LAWD, Kat, I couldn't finish the last two moves in the last circuit, but that's OK! It was such a great workout! I switched days 9 & 10 because I remembered I died in this workout the first time. But after doing it today, it's not AS bad. Still challenging, but definitely a hell of a lot easier! My fitness has increased SO MUCH by completing this and then doing it again! YOURE RAWRMAZING. Thank you for the free content

This was great! I kept up but my “rest” became shorter and shorter. Phew. Jump lunges are hard for me. I love burpees so I love that you incorporate them a lot! I’ll be back for this one!

I'd rather stick pins in my eyeballs, than repeat this workout 😂😂😂 another tough workout, burpees used to kill me but did OK today. I find the in and out jumps the hardest lol RAWWR xx

Every time I see one of your EMOM workouts I say YAAAY and then I start crying midway. AND YOU STOP MESSING WITH MY COUNT! I’m sure I did more repetitions because of that. ANYWAY, I know you went back to all my comments and cherrypicked the exercises I always struggle, because girl.... that was tough! I’m only doing one of those again tomorrow! RAAAWWWRR

day 7 done, oh my fucking god. i was already dying, checked how much was left (rookie mistake) and felt my soul leave my body. i finished it tho, wheezing through the whole time but finished it. burpees freaking suckq, they're my mortal enemie. thanks for the workout, i felt acknowledge when you were struggling too :')
