HOLY BANANAS IS CORRECT! I loved this challenge. I do have a question. I'm 6 months postpartum and I'm still dealing with carpal tunnel mostly in my right hand. Do you have any suggestions/exercise to help heal that?

Such a spicy workout! Way to go! So sorry to hear about your wrist pain I would recommend taking rest to help heal! To reduce pressure off your wrists I would recommend taking planks from your forearms or using weights/yoga blocks!
