Theee weeks ago I tried this workout and couldn’t make it through the warm up. I completed the Strong in 20 series, as well as a few other NML workouts since. Today I made it ALL THE WAY THROUGH this one! I am so freaking proud of myself! It wasn’t pretty but I did it. Thank you ladies for the encouragement and confidence.

I love the SPI format and really appreciate the creativity, but deadlifts do not go well with bicep curls in my opinion. It's impossible to pick a weight that is heavy enough for the hamstrings to work and light enough for the biceps to be able to lift (unless maybe for a gym bro who skips leg days). Maybe this was not a workout to include small muscle isolation moves (?)

I did this workout for the first time and it makes for a nice change in my usual workouts. I'm currently repeating Splitstrong 35, but altered the plan a little and I am repeating it for 12 weeks before moving on to Build 30 :) Thanks for all the great workouts. There's so much variety!

This might be my new fave workout! Love SPI, love time drop, and love 90/90s!! Any tips for building grip strength?? I can lift heavy for some lower body or back moves, but it hurts my forearms.

Whoo hoo! I loved this workout. So good and challenging. I ended up doing circuit 3 twice cause I cdnt figure out the strength move that well the first time. The last 4 bonus moves were my favs! I did the dead bug and runner sit up twice as well to work that core! Loved the creativity! Thank you!

So my 8 month old was up at least 3 times last night (teeth??? 😅) and my 3 year old was up at 5:30. I joked with my husband this morning that a nap would be much more productive than working out today. Glad I chose this instead! Those complex moves kept me awake even though I definitely was moving a little slower than usual. Now for another coffee.

A new favorite FOR SURE!! Loved everything about it. Felt super athletic and got the heart rate going. Because of Metcon, I’ve been able to do all push-ups from my toes in these types of workouts! Also, lunges have always been really hard for me even as a college volleyball player and especially after having my two babies. After Metcon, lunges in workouts like this seem SO much easier! Thanks for all of your hard work in bringing us so much variety and helping us make progress in strength gains!

I loved that workout but I did it directly after running 2 miles and I don’t recommend that! I was dying! The stretching felt amazing for my sore legs 🎉🙌🏼

Okkkk that COMBO Strength move of bicep curls with deadlifts and rotational lunge was an AWESOME combo move! Also loved/hated the squat/jump but I made my goal to touch my ceiling every jump!!!

I so appreciate your email reminders and giving a link on KZbin so I can see it on my tv !! You are simple amazing !! What I’m missing now is someone that can truly tell me what to eat to loose menopausal belly and reduce menopausal symptoms which is the major concern in my life right now. No matter what I do , low carb, keto , IF, vegan nothing helps to reduce the horrible belly fat. Strictly belly fat as I’m skinny all over my body. Chicken legs 😂. Any tips ? Thank you ❤Valerie.
