This is by far my favorite NML workout to date!! What an incredible challenge! After one circuit I felt like I had done an entire workout. 😂

So many interruptions for this momma today but the sweat was real! I couldn’t even balance on my left leg during the quad stretch, my leg was shot! Thank God for NML and thank you guys for these free videos! I love them, I love you guys and I’m so thankful to be working out again!!

I loved that you did all the modifications. I have a wound on the bottom of my foot and while the modifications I needed weren't the exact same, it was encouraging to be reminded that I can modify as needed and not get discouraged from working out. That was a great one too - the first set in particular was killer for my upper body!

New favorite format!!! I was absolutely fatigued by the time those woman makers came around, but pushed through! My son said it looked like I had a sunburn I was so red 😂😂

I absolutely loved this. Im 4 months post partum and have been running a lot but I KNEW I was behind on my strength training. This workout is just wonderful. I was tired but very pleased. Thank you!

After yesterday's leg workout I was a little nervous this would be too much but it was fantastic- though my lunges were a bit wonky 😆Shout out to all the pulses and our sped-up pulses too!!!

Phew! I wanted to stop before the finisher, but glad I powered through! Loved the hip-to-hip cue for halos... helped so much. Thanks again... off to eat some lentils on my salad with dinner!

Definitely hit failure in circuit 1, but every circuit was challenging. I am honestly not a fan of this format, but I'm always willing to try a new NML workout! Keep up the great work!

First time I tried one of yr workouts...loved the endurance aspect. I prefer strength training over cardio. This routine elevated my heart rate without mind numbing cardio. Also, I evidently have to work on my balance...that one leg dead lift was difficult for me. Thanks!

Killer! went by so fast! I am 64 and have never been able to do a push up. Is there an alternate I can do to the push up while I build up to a push up? I just love your channel.

A few days late, but I loved this workout! Challenging, but I could still walk afterwards 😂 a great workout for really pushing those muscles to fatigue even with lighter weights. I was surprised how hard the push-ups were after the chest presses! And the split-squats really had me shaking. Thanks so much for this!!!

The first round was hard, and I have been practicing my push ups. Today I could not do one. Not sure if it was because of the time of day or what. But great workout. Very challenging and nice and short.

Such a great workout! Yay for pulses! I like making chocolate chip-pea cookies (basically just chickpeas, peanut butter, and chocolate chips with some vanilla and honey). The only way I can convince my littles to eat legumes. I'm gonna have to try lentil balls now!

Loved that format! That was a spicy and shaky workout! The hardest circuit was definitely the 1st one with the push-ups holy bananas!! Will be checking out the recipes for lentils definitely want to incorporate into my meals. Thanks so much! Great job Rachel for showing the advanced options! 🎉😅
