This is a 35 minute vinyasa flow practice. Part 13 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. These practices are designed to gently restore range of motion in your whole body without too much over effort.
This practice offers a mindful and gentle flow, with a special focus on hip openers, and side bends to open and restore range of motion in your body. Ideal as a compact morning practice and equally sweet at the end of the day to release tension and prepare for a restful sleep. Class concludes with a brief shavasana.
For practice, you might wish to have a block and a blanket for comfort.
