LOVE this yoga workout. Felt my core the whole time. LOVE LOVE the pigeon stretch and all the other moves we did. I feel so much better after this. Thank-u Amy!!

A perfect workout for a Sunday afternoon - gentle enough for recovery, but dynamic enough to prepare me for my week ahead. I've been doing yoga for 20 years and I love your yoga workouts!
