My legs were tight from a long walk earlier today - this was just the thing and I feel much more relaxed now. I can see I will be doing this workout in the evenings during my walking holiday this summer!

I always look forward to Thursday workouts...anytime I can do a workout without shoes I'm happy. My core has been really sore this week so this felt great! Thank you Amy!

Was totally ready for this as did a few miles walking yesterday and woke up this morning with tightness around my hips. This really helped loosen them off and gave me a good stretch

I saved this Yoga to do as the final workout of the October Athlete Challenge II, and I am so glad that I did. The poses, moves and flow felt absolutely amazing and wonderful!! Loved it!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗🧘‍♀️

im so happy i made time for this today. I really needed it and have had to miss some of the recovery workouts which i hate bc I love and NEED these as part of my workout regime. so so happy i squeezed this one in today!!!
