Sometimes I just don't want to do cardio, even though I know I should. When I feel like that, I find one of these great workouts & it makes me feel good and happy that I showed up. Thank you for keeping me moving.

After having to take a week off from working out, this was the perfect way to get back into it. I love these mobility workouts! The slower pace helps me focus, but the options to power it up makes me work. Thank you!

Loved this! I really needed the stretch after 24 hours of traveling through three airports the other day. I'm getting back into my strength and cardio routine and this cardio stretch was wonderful to start me off.

Yes, everybody needs this not only for recovery, stretching and mobility but to really get in touch with the muscles. It's a great reminder to move with intention. I AM a yoga person and this is a great go-to class for all the above reasons.
