A more advanced routine would be using these combinations simultaneously during the same session while imagining an opponent in front of you to stimulate real movement. AKA being able to throw these combos while constantly moving around rather than just standing and having enough time to plant your feet to throw these, if that makes sense.

If you can read somone is gonna do number ten you could do the step back and uppercut after blocking the first head shot and body with thw other one obviously xomong then aince the second head shot ia the same hand you can know it and uppercut before thw hook since younread what hand its coming from in theory. I dont like step back and uppercut i think its a dangerous game.

@@Self-Improvement-Boxer Yes I second the gentleman's idea, I've always used notation to help me remember so be nice to have them. But easy enough to work out. However I likey your idea too and would like to see that if can sometime? Not necessarily a whole video each combo even but maybe even just like some basic commentary or text talking about the finer points of each combo and anything else you think could help. Footwork, weight shifting, idk. Mersi brother .
