Coucou Émilie, je n'ai pas vu passer les 40' de cours ! J'ai presque pu tout faire sans modifier (le plan de la rotule du genou D est coincé et l'ostéo n'arrive pas à le débloquer, donc je suis très limitée ds mes flexions)😀 Camel + half split était finalement plus simple que je ne me l'étais Imaginé... Mais j'ai bien cru que tu allais passer de ustrasama à full kapotasana 😨 Je reviens sur ce que tu as dit au début du cours : le but est de se connecter à nous-mêmes (yoga = union), et on y arrive de mieux en mieux avec la pratique. Tout à fait vrai en ce qui me concerne ; à mes débuts il me fallait parfois tout un cours pour être "vraiment dedans" ; maintenant, qqs secondes sans bruit et c'est bon ! Merci pour ce cours où tu n'as pas pu t'empêcher de mettre un peu de animal flow (loaded beast par exemple) 😎🙏🙏
