I used to regularly take reformer classes years ago at a studio and now that I live in an area that doesn't offer classes the Pilates bar has been a game changer! Your technique and style is perfect! Thanks Jacinta! xo

Did my first session of Pilates today and choice this video of yours! Definitely a struggle. Not perfect but consistency is key and will be using this one weekly. I feel like I did a good stretch after this one. Definitely will feel it all over

In case it helps anyone else, I use the breaking limits pilates bar (I'm in UK but believe it is a US product) and really happy with it. Has options to change the bands for different strengths and change the length of them and to make the bar shorter.

It’s the first time in my entire life that I’m writing a comment on KZbin. This is my favorite channel ever! I gave birth 6 months ago and I was feeling really desperate bcz of my body shape. I’ve tried many workouts but I couldn’t continue any of them until finding this channel. Since 2 weeks I’m trying to do Pilates with you and I’ve already got a shape and lost 3 kilograms without any diet (I just cut sugar). I just wanted to say thank you for bringing my energy back. ❤ You’re workouts are amazing and thanks to you I finally found it where to breathe in 😂 Anyways, thanks again I’ll be always here 💗 Pls upload more with bar those are my favorite (I’ve already done the new one 🤍🤍)
