Thanks for sharing your experience. The video is great . Would you mind telling me how much cool boiled water I need to add into the fermented wine after 30 days, please. 😀😀

My pleasure💛 I did not measure the amount of water I poured into a half-gallon glass pickle jar with a twist-off lid. Please refer to the 6:38 minute mark in the video for instructions on pouring cooled boiled water into a full fermentation jar. It is approximately one and a half full kettle of water. You will need to try it once, following my video, to determine the exact amount of water to add based on your preference for strong, medium, or mild wine taste. I hope this information is useful to you✨

@@JosephineRecipes Thank you for your prompt reply and advices. I have made one jar of it with your recipe on July 2. The size of jar is 1700ml similar to the one you used half gallon (1892ml). I can tell you are really sharing your valuable experience. This recipe has the Japanese's craftsman's spirit in it. I really appreciate it. 😀😃

請問加水是加在已經發酵過後的米酒,還是米加了酒餅后就可以加水了?謝謝!
