Hey ladies! Let’s build that back and booty with this 37-minute dumbbell workout.
In this session, we’re going to target the glutes, hamstrings, and back to help you burn fat, build muscle, and boost your metabolism.
After losing 70 lbs in 6 months naturally, I’m here to guide you through the same moves that helped me get stronger and more confident.
This workout is perfect for anyone who’s struggled with their weight or is ready to get that toned, lean body.
I’ve got modifications for you if you need them, so grab your dumbbells and let’s get to work!
My Dumbbells: 15, 20 & 30 lbs
Dumbbell Recommendation: 5-30 lbs (depending on your strength level)
