This is my kind of workout!!! Short breaks, challenging moves, lots of options, some "oldie but goodie" moves like pullovers and weighted bridges, some new moves like reverse fly/sweep!! Thank you Amy!

I loved that you had us set the weights on the ground for squats and split squats. It forced me to work on my range of motion in those moves even if it meant moving to lighter weights so I could complete the move. I felt more of the muscles engaging when I focused on that. Thank you!

I have to admit, I almost skipped this one when I saw the length of this workout as Mondays are hard for me because I lack motivation especially on Mondays, but I made it to the end and it really didn't seem that long at all. Most importantly, it was a great workout and I feel really good. Thank you Amy for coming up with all of these diverse workouts to keep us on our toes.

Loved loved loved this workout! My favorites: the mini core pyramid was wonderful! The drop squat and lunge, the fly and sweep back, I thought for sure i wouldn't like it because of the 60 sec move, but it flew by!! Thank so much for this one!😊

Amy, thanks for another great workout! I actually like a whole set on the floor because I can do it and I feel successful (some modifications). I appreciated the standing option for plank with knee crunches. Getting up and down during a set is just not doable for me right now. Plank balancing on one foot isn’t doable either. Maybe when the foot has finally healed but I’m moving and on my feet. No more chair workouts, progress!❤

I always have a good time working out with you. These days I do 2 at a time. You give me major Charlene Johnson vibes! I'm starting to feel and notice a small difference in my body in just a few months. And I struggle with hypothyroidism...so any difference is huge for me. Out. Of. Breath. I feel good. Tired. Worked hard. I'm still not quite back to the shape and level of fitness I was before my 2+ months of an unplanned, unexpected break doing only walking. Still out of pattern: Did this on the last day of March 3.31.23. Still working my way back into fitness. This is a challenging workout. I knew it would be bc of the pyramid format. I was dragging today. Perhaps it's bc I ate lunch right before doing this and I don't usually eat so close to working out. That's probably a thing. Regardless, I'm glad I showed up today. It's cloudy. Raining. Upper 30s here where I live. Hard days as we long for the warmth and color of spring to return but have to endure cloudy, rainy, grey, drab days of upper 30's or low 40's which do a real number on my morale. So I needed a kick in the pants and this workout was it. Again. Thank you Amy for your professional-grade workouts and instruction. I know I will feel this tomorrow. And so tomorrow I'm going to use one of your bodyweight or cardio or pilate workouts. ciao. Like # 639
