3D Measurement of the ATLAS ITK END-CAP no.1

A Leica tracker (AT402) is used. Its a coordinate measuring machine that allows extreme accuracy over large distances. For this laser measurement, targets are glued to the concrete pillars and floor. Targets(holders) are glued to the END-CAP on many crucial places. Positional and calibration test measurements were performed.
100 kg of filled water bags are placed in the Inner Cylinder to measure the 3D-deformation of the END-CAP.
Dummy Petals (with right weight) are placed on Wheel 3 to measure a more representative load on the END-CAP compared to its final state in the experiment
The Petal Alignment Tool is used to measure the angles between Petals on every Wheel. This measurement is done twice for three points per Wheel.
Conclusions:
1) The Inner Cylinder is stiff, because all measurement values are within the measurement inaccuracy of 30 micron
2) Distances between wheels are all within 200 micron from the nominal (model) with 15-30 micron 1 sigma.
3) Angles between the wheels are all within 0,001 degrees from nominal compared to its adjacent wheels .
