Yeah, it's really hard to find a channel that teaches UE5 3D modelling for complete noobs in a way that I can manage to watch until the end. :D Good mentors are HARD! to find.

Cool tutorial, and thank you. I subbed you. I was a Blender user for twelve years, and now I'm learning Unreal. And I'm completely blown away by Unreal. But it's great to see that Unreal now has so many of the Blender tools, and more, and you're right, it's great to be able to model in Unreal without having to go to Blender. So, I'm happy to be learning again. Thank you again, and keep making great tutorials, every little bit of knowledge makes the world less shitty.

I spent a lot of time in Unreal Engine from Unreal Tournament 99 (and later UT 2004) and I'm surprised it's pretty similar. Wow! 😮 But without the clipping errors when you want to move the polygons with the vertex polygon (?) tool back then

If you can do everything in UE5 and you don't know MAYA or BLENDER. I think it's great that someone promotes that fact that you can do everything in UE5 and not distract the student with BLENDER etc. The world needs fluent UE5 users.

There’s definitely a place for artists who doesn’t use any technical tools to create new worlds using only unreal engine and not be distracted with more programs to learn, I think unreal engine is great introduction to 3D

No, unfortunately everything is kind of destructive so we have to back up our meshes

you mean when you create a new object? I believe you can assign a material for objects you are creating and it'll have something else on the start instead of changing later, I hope this helps
