"You can be stronger when you're 60 then you were when you were 30"... This is why I joined (first week done) your IOT Program! I will be 60 in March 2024. I will let you know how it goes. I am so happy I found your channel because my goal is to be fitter at 60 then I am now.

These look amazing! It really took me a long time to understand movements like reverse mills, because light short clubs didn't give me much feedback. I couldn't "feel" the swing. Longer lever while maintaining low weights would have helped a lot.

Mark is correct, I am stronger now at 60 than I was at 30!

Excellent explanations re kettlebell vs club planes of movement and club => balance. Thanks 🙏🏻 This is useful as 3D printing and purpose of spacers for club new to me.

What I need is something to "wrap" my skinny Adex club handles to be 35 mm like the new MW version 🤔

I would think if you used a total of two spacers and two weights, it would be best to order it: handle, spacer, weight, spacer, weight, spindle. If you do handle, two spacers, two weights, and handle, it would feel different and maybe uneven if that makes sense. I think spacers at the end would not feel any different than a spacer-less system LOL. .. just random thoughts. I think the spacers are a great idea.

So far the way we've seen it over on the discord is people putting the weights at the far end of the spindle and all of the spacers towards the handle. That keeps the weight at the very far end which is the most demanding. But you could definitely inter-space them like you're suggesting as a way of varying where the center of mass is.

Mark, what is the ideal total length and weight distribution for the club to get a feeling of mass most similar to a solid cast club? Keep it maxed out with (4) 5lb blocks (max height) set up in the weight + spacer configuration for the weight needed? Do you recommend always putting the weight on the end or mixing them into the middle and end? Handle > 5lb spacer > 5lb weight > 5lb spacer > 2.5lb spacer > 2.5lb weight? Or Handle > Spacer > spacer > spacer > weight? You could do a follow up video if it’s more helpful to the community than answering here. Hope to get some clarification either way. I bought MW clubs, arc, mace and a MW kb because of your instruction. Got me excited to work out again and to “Get good, learn a real skill” Looking forward to the club program too, Thanks for sharing you knowledge.

Seconded. Would be great to have these answered in a video.

If memory serves, the original Clubbell from CST (the ones is Mark’s earlier videos) have a center of mass roughly 4-6 inches from the end of the cone depending on club size. Scott Sonnon had some theories about that being the “ideal” center of mass, but he said a lot of things and some of it more questionable than others.

Hey Mark, this is awesome, thanks for the video 💪🏼 Is there an Etsy shop as well for the 3d printed lower half of adjustable kettlebells? The one you showed us in a video several months ago?

Hi, Mark! I have a question: Do you ever program ''corrective'' excercises like facepulls or other rotator cuff excercises? Thx!
@MarkWildman Жыл бұрын
you certainly can. I haven't made videos about any of those yet.
@StuntMug Жыл бұрын
@@MarkWildman Sure! I was wondering if the rotator cuff gets enough work in the context of a club program or if it needs supplementary work. I'd love to see a vid about that.

@@apirkle I suggest playing with 0.8 or even a 1mm nozzle and transparent filaments. Some combinations of thick translucents (mostly PETG) and hexagonal infill are just stunning, even with a lot of walls.

It looks like you always put the spacers closest to the handle and the weights at the end?
@apirkle Жыл бұрын
That's how I've been running them, but you could definitely mix them up to play with the distribution. Spacer/weight/spacer/weight, for example.

Do the spacers work for all ADEX clubs? I have the original "fat handle" version.
